ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
- Abstract should be prepared according to ‘ABSTRACT TEMPLATE’ and submitted through online 'SUBMISSION FORM'.
- Original Work: No Plagiarism is acceptable.
- Submit in English.
- Abstract should be informative and essential.
- Word limit: 350 words.
- Send MS Word (.doc or .docx) document only.
- Centre align the title, authors' names, and affiliations.
- Underline the presenting author.
- Only one author will be allowed for presentation.
- Number of authors is depended on nature of work. It is preferred for 5 authors for each submission.
- Include a brief Author’s bio (Only for invited speakers).
- All accepted abstracts will be included in the conference proceedings.
- Each accepted abstract will be considered for publication in the journal of Medicine & Health (e-ISSN 2289-5728, WoS Index, published by UKM) with DOI number upon peer review process.
- Without presentation, abstract won't be acceptable for publishing in the conference proceedings and journal of Medicine & Health

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
- Author can submit full paper at Bangladesh Journal of Medical Science.
- Manuscript should be prepared according to the journal guideline.
- Please write the conference name 'International Conference on Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences (ICPHS) 2024' starting of the manuscript and mentioned in your cover letter.
- Article will be published upon vigorous peer review process.

ORAL PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
- Create presentation to ensure a smooth transition between each slide.
- Top of Form
- Bottom of Form
- Use charts and graphs to emphasize key points, as this will help the audience better understand the information.
- Keep slides simple.
- Refrain from using flashy effects or bright colors, as excessive graphics and data can confuse the audience.
- Use fewer words in the slide.
- Choose high-contrast, easily readable fonts, around 30-point size.
- Avoid font variations.
- Keep presentation duration up to 10 minutes.
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINE
Overview
Poster sessions are designed to give presenters an opportunity to discuss informally their research with colleagues interested in their research. The purpose of the posters is to visually stimulate interest in the research, to present sufficient information for viewers to understand the methods, results, and significance of the research, and to promote conversations and networking among conference participants.
Poster Session
- All posters must present both days.
- Set up: Poster presenter will take poster number from registration booth and must be in place by 8:30am.
- Hours: Posters will be displayed between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
Numbering System
Each poster board will be numbered. Presenters should attach their posters to the board. Number corresponding to the number assigned to their poster which will be emailed to the presenting author.
Poster Specification
- Poster Type: PVC print.
- Poster size should be 32 inch x 44 inch (81 cm wide x 111 cm high) [Poster Orientation: PORTRAIT].
- Horizontal posters will not fit the boards; only VERTICAL/PORTRAIT posters will be allowed.
- Posters may be attached to the boards using DOUBLE-SIDED VELCRO tape. All poster presenters are encouraged to bring their own supplies.
- The following format of 5 major headings is suggested for all poster presentations (Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions).
Poster Viewing Session and Evaluation
- As visitors explore the posters, participant can explain the work, answer questions, share contact details, and dive deeper into the topic of presentation.
- In the conference schedule, a time window will be designated for poster viewing. The presenter is expected to stand by poster(s) for discussions and questions during that session.
- For each presentation 5 minutes of time will be allocated for evaluation.
